一前同事问我,设备的一个内卡(孔用弹性挡圈)坏了,采购买回来后,发现比原来的要厚些,也比挡圈槽的宽度厚一点,装不上去,并问采购买回来的是不是非标准件。
我告诉他,有些挡圈的标准厚度有3种,旧标准(1986年标准)厚度、新标准(2017年标准)厚度,新标准的挡圈又分为标准型挡圈厚度和重型挡圈厚度,它们的厚度关系是:新标准重型挡圈厚度>新标准标准型挡圈厚度>旧标准挡圈厚度。
弹性挡圈是一种标准件,分为孔用弹性挡圈和轴用弹性挡圈。弹性挡圈也叫卡簧,孔用弹性挡圈也叫内卡,轴用弹性挡圈也叫外卡。
弹性挡圈的旧标准有4个,分别是:
GB/T 893.1-1986《孔用弹性挡圈 A型》
GB/T 893.2-1986《孔用弹性挡圈 B型》
GB/T 894.1-1986《轴用弹性挡圈 A型》
GB/T 894.2-1986《轴用弹性挡圈 B型》
A型是用板材-冲切工艺制造,B型是用线材-冲切工艺制造,同规格的挡圈其厚度相同。
GB/T 893.1-1986《孔用弹性挡圈 A型》的规格范围是8~200,挡圈厚度范围是0.4~3;GB/T 893.2-1986《孔用弹性挡圈 B型》的规格范围是20~200,挡圈厚度范围是1~3;GB/T 894.1-1986《轴用弹性挡圈 A型》的规格范围是3~200,挡圈厚度范围是0.4~3;GB/T 894.2-1986《轴用弹性挡圈 B型》的规格范围是20~200,挡圈厚度范围是1~3。
后来,旧标准GB/T 893.1-1986和GB/T 893.2-1986被新标准GB/T 893-2017替代,旧标准GB/T 894.1-1986和GB/T 894.2-1986被新标准GB/T 894-2017替代。
新标准GB/T 893-2017和GB/T 894-2017的弹性挡圈也分A型和B型,其中A型是标准型弹性挡圈,包括旧标准中的A型和B型,并且增加了部分型号(200-300)。B型是重型挡圈,是新增加的。新标准挡圈的厚度与旧标准相比,大部分规格是厚度增加,小部分规格是厚度不变,个别规格是厚度减少。部分相同规格的挡圈厚度有3种尺寸,有关挡圈厚度新旧标准的对比见附图。
因设计人员可能是按旧标准设计的,也有可能是按新标准设计的,因此,在选择挡圈时,一定要按技术说明去配置挡圈,或者测量挡圈槽的宽度,查标准去选择正确厚度的挡圈。
